APPLE SAUSAGE BREAKFAST RING 
2 lbs. lean bulk pork sausage
1 1/2 c. crushed crackers
1/2 c. minced onion
2 lg. eggs, beaten
1 c. grated apple, peeled
1/4 c. milk

Mix; press in mold or shape. Chill overnight. Bake at 350 degrees. Fill center with scrambled eggs.
