APPLE PIZZA 
CRUST:

1 1/2 c. flour
3 tbsp. sugar
1/2 c. butter
1 egg

FILLING:

1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. powdered non-dairy creamer
1/3 c. sifted flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 c. butter
2 tbsp. lemon juice

Combine flour, sugar, and butter to make crust. Add egg. Stir until dough holds together. Press into round pan, forming 1/4 inch rim. Peel and slice apples and arrange on crust. Mix sugar, brown sugar, non-dairy creamer, sifted flour, salt, cinnamon, and nutmeg; sprinkle over apples. Melt butter and drizzle over sugar mixture, then sprinkle on lemon juice. Bake at 400 degrees until tender.
