TURKEY TETRAZZINI 
1/2 c. butter
1/4 c. chopped onion
1 clove garlic

Saute. Blend in:

1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 pt. sour cream
2 c. chopped turkey or chicken
1 sm. can mushrooms
Celery salt to taste
1 tbsp. Italian seasoning

Boil 1/4 pound spaghetti noodles. Mix with turkey mixture and pour into large casserole. Top with 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese. Bake 45 minutes at 350 degrees. Freezes well.
