TEXAS BARBECUE RIBS 
4-5 lb. pork ribs
2 c. catsup
2 tsp. chili powder
4 dashed Tabasco
2 onions, chopped, but not fine
2/3 c. Worcestershire sauce
2 tsp. salt
2/ c. water

Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Place ribs, meat side up, in pan (large, shallow pan). Roast for 30 minutes, turning once. While meat is roasting, bring rest of ingredients to a boil in a saucepan. Reduce oven temperature to 350 degrees. Pour sauce over meat. Bake and baste every 15 minutes until tender, about 1 1/2 hours.
