GARLIC CHEESE DIP 
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 (8 oz.) pkg. Velveeta cheese
1 sm. can evaporated milk
1/8 tsp. garlic powder

Let cream cheese and Velveeta stand at room temperature about 1 hour in mixing bowl, then beat, adding milk and garlic powder to taste. Serve with crackers or chips.
