Power Level - 7 (medium high) Approximately Cooking Time - 9 minutes Yield: 36 Hors d'oeuvers 36 slices party-size rye bread 6 slices (rectangular) Swiss cheese, each cut into 6 pieces 1/2 c. creamy Russian or Thousand Island dressing 1/4 lb. thinly sliced corned beef 1 (8 oz.) can sauerkraut, drained Spread bread with dressing, top with corned beef, sauerkraut and cheese. Arrange 12 on paper plate or serving platter. Heat 2 1/2 to 3 minutes on power level 7 until cheese is melted. Repeat procedure. |
