STRAWBERRY DESSERT 
1 bag (or box) vanilla wafers
1 1/2 c. powdered sugar
1 stick butter
1 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs
1 (8 oz.) container Cool Whip
1 qt. fresh strawberries
1/2 c. chopped pecans

Crumble vanilla wafers in a 9"x13" pan. Beat 1 1/2 cups powdered sugar, 1 stick melted butter, 1 teaspoon vanilla and 2 eggs together. Beat 2 or 3 minutes until light and fluffy. Drizzle over crumbs. Spread 8 ounces Cool Whip over this. Spread with 1 quart fresh strawberries (sliced). No sugar. Garnish with nuts and wafer crumbs. Refrigerate at least 6 hours.
