PUMPKIN BREAD 
3 1/3 c. self rising flour
3 c. sugar
3 tsp. cinnamon
3 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. ginger
4 eggs
2/3 c. water
1 c. salad oil
1 c. nuts, chopped; optional
2 c. pumpkin

Combine dry ingredients, add remaining ingredients and beat well. Pour into 2 greased, floured loaf pans and bake 1 hour at 350 degrees. Cool in pan.
