CHATHAM SPECIAL 
Here's a sandwich that once tried, you'll adopt as a favorite. It’s delicious!

1 (14 oz.) can jellied cranberry sauce
sliced bread
sliced cheese
butter
eggs
milk
salt and pepper, to taste
fried bacon slices (optional)

Allow 2 slices of bread per person.

Arrange slices of packaged processed mild cheese and thin slices of jellied cranberry sauce between 2 buttered slices of bread.

Dip sandwiches in well-seasoned French Toast mixture of eggs and milk, then brown on both sides in a buttered frying pan.

Serve with strips of bacon, if desired.
