1 c. sugar
1 c. corn syrup
1 c. peanut butter
6 c. Special K cereal
1 (6 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips
1 (6 oz.) pkg. butterscotch morsels

Heat on medium sugar and corn syrup until it comes to a boil. Remove from heat, add peanut butter and Special K. Stir until mixed well. Spread evenly in a 9 x 9 inch buttered pan. Do not pack down. Melt chocolate chips and butterscotch morsels together and spread on top of cereal mixture.
