BLACKBERRY CREAM PIE 
1 c. sugar
1 c. sour cream
3 tbsp. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
4 c. blackberries
1/4 c. fine bread crumbs
2 tbsp. sugar
1 tbsp. melted butter

Combine first 4 ingredients and set aside. Place blackberries into a 9 inch unbaked pie shell. Spread sour cream mixture over the berries. Combine bread crumbs, 2 tablespoons sugar. Sprinkle butter on top. Bake at 375 degrees for 45 minutes. Cool and chill before cutting.
