BLACKBERRY CREAM PIE | |
1 c. sugar 1 c. sour cream 3 tbsp. flour 1/4 tsp. salt 4 c. fresh or 16 oz. frozen blackberries, thawed 9" unbaked pie shell 1/4 c. fine dry bread crumbs 1 tbsp. sugar 1 tbsp. butter, melted Combine the sugar, sour cream, flour and salt. Place the berries in the pie shell. Spread the sour cream mix on top. Combine bread crumbs, remaining sugar and butter. Sprinkle on top of berries. Bake in a 375 degree oven for 40 to 45 minutes. Could serve 6 or 8. |
