1 c. flour
1/2 c. nuts, chopped
1 stick butter
1 lg. instant vanilla pudding
1 lg. instant chocolate pudding
1 lg. cream cheese
1 lg. carton Cool Whip
1/2 c. sugar

Layer 1: Combine first 3 ingredients; press in a 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes.

Layer 2: Combine cream cheese, 1/2 Cool Whip and 1/2 c. sugar.

Layer 3: Make puddings with 3 cups milk.

Layer 4: Put remaining Cool Whip on top. Top with grated chocolate or nuts (or both).
