CORNBREAD PIE 
2 lb. ground beef
1 sm. can tomato sauce
1 med. can tomatoes
1 lg. sweet pepper
1 lg. onion
Salt to taste
Celery flakes or 1 stock celery
Garlic salt to taste

Brown meat and drain; add onions and pepper, celery, and salt. Cook until tender, adding tomatoes and sauce. Pour into a 9 x 13 inch pan.

CORNBREAD MIX:

1 c. flour
1 c. meal
Milk for pouring in bread

Pour batter over meat and bake until browned.
