RAW APPLE CAKE 
3 eggs
2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. buttery flavor Wesson oil
3 c. self rising flour
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. chopped pecans
3 c. chopped apples

Mix well eggs, sugar and oil. Add flour mixed with cinnamon. Fold in last vanilla, apples and nuts. Bake in tube or bundt pan. Cook 1 1/2 hours on 325 degrees.
