RHUBARB CRUNCH 
5 c. diced rhubarb
1 c. white sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
3/4 c. oatmeal
3/4 c. flour
3/4 c. brown sugar, packed
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. baking soda
1/2 c. butter, melted

Mix rhubarb, white sugar and cinnamon. Mix to crumble oatmeal, flour, baking powder, soda, and brown sugar and melted butter. Mix this mixture to crumble stage and crumble over rhubarb mixture. Bake about 30 minutes at 400 degrees until rhubarb is tender and brown. Serve with whipped cream or ice cream.
