RICE AND SPINACH SOUFFLE 
2 pkg. frozen spinach
1 sm. carton sour cream
1/2 pkg. Lipton onion soup mix
1 box chicken Rice-a-Roni

Cook spinach and drain well. Mix with sour cream and soup mix. Bake about 10 minutes at 300 degrees. Cook Rice-a-Roni as directed on box. Combine with first mixture and leave in warm oven until ready to serve. Do not let it get too dry.

Serves 6.
