CHICKEN DIVAN 
12 oz. egg noodles or 1 1/2 c. raw rice, cooked
2 pkg. frozen broccoli or beans
3 c. cooked, cubed chicken, or more
2 cans cream of chicken or mushroom soup, undiluted
2/3 c. mayonnaise
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. curry powder
1 c. grated or shredded American or Cheddar cheese
1 c. buttered bread crumbs

Spray 9 x 13 inch pan with cooking spray. Pour in the cooked noodles or steamed rice. Cook broccoli or beans until firm tender. Drain and place on noodles or rice. Top with cubed chicken.

Mix soup, mayonnaise, lemon juice and curry powder. Pour over chicken and vegetable. Sprinkle with cheese. Top with buttered bread crumbs. Bake at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes.
