“FIVE POUNDS OF CHOCOLATE FUDGE” IS IN:

FIVE POUNDS OF CHOCOLATE FUDGE 
1/2 cup (1 stick) butter
1 (12 oz.) can evaporated milk
4 1/2 cups sugar
1 (10 oz.) pkg. marshmallows
2 (1 oz. ea.) sq. unsweetened chocolate
2 (6 oz. ea.) pkgs. semi-sweet chocolate pieces
3 (4 oz. ea.) pkgs. sweet chocolate
1 tbsp. vanilla
2 cups chopped nuts

Combine butter, milk and sugar; stir over medium heat until sugar dissolves. Bring to a boil; cover and boil for 5 minutes.

Turn off heat. Add marshmallows; stir until melted. Add chocolate, one kind at a time, stirring until melted. Add vanilla and nuts.

Pour into a buttered 10x15-inch pan; let stand until firm. Cut into 1-inch squares.

Variation: Pecan halves may be pressed into tops of squares, if desired.

Makes 5 pounds fudge.
