PEACH PIE 
6-8 fresh peaches (depending on size)
1 lg. pkg. peach Jello
1 lg. box yellow cake mix
1 stick butter, cut in sm. pieces
1 1/2 c. water

Cut up peaches and place on bottom of large casserole dish. Sprinkle Jello evenly over peaches. Spread cake mix evenly over Jello. Place butter over cake mix. Sprinkle cake mix. Sprinkle 1 1/2 cups of water on top of mix and bake in 350 degree oven approximately 30 minutes or until crust is browned. Serve hot topped with vanilla ice cream.
