MAKE AHEAD CHOCOLATE ECLAIR CAKE | |
1 box graham crackers 2 pkgs. (3 oz.) instant French vanilla pudding 1 (9 oz.) pkg. Cool Whip 1 can chocolate frosting Grease 9 x 13 inch pan. Prepare pudding as directed on the package. Let set 5 minutes. Fold in Cool Whip. Line pan with a layer of graham crackers. Spread 1/2 of pudding mixture on crackers. Add another layer of crackers, the remainder of the pudding mixture. Top with another layer of crackers and frost this. Cover and refrigerate for 3 days. Serves 10 to 12. |
