CHOCOLATE ECLAIR CAKE 
3 sm. boxes instant vanilla pudding
1 tub Cool Whip
1 box graham crackers
1 tub chocolate frosting

Mix pudding according to package. Add Cool Whip (set aside). In 13 x 9 x 2 inch pan layer bottom of pan with graham crackers, then add a layer of pudding, then add a layer of graham crackers, then a layer of pudding. Last layer consists of graham crackers. Microwave frosting for 2 minutes, until soft. Spread on top of crackers. Refrigerate 1 1/2 hours before serving.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
