SEAFOAM SALAD 
1 (20 oz.) can pears
1 (3 oz.) pkg. lime gelatin
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
2 c. whipped cream

Drain pears, reserving juice. Heat 1 cup pear juice to the boiling point. Add gelatin; stir until dissolved. Blend cream cheese with a small amount of pear juice in bowl. Mash pears with fork. Mix with cream cheese. Add to gelatin. Fold in whipped cream. Pour into 8 x 8 inch dish. Chill until firm. Yield: 9 servings.
