EASY CHICKEN SALAD 
1/4 c. finely chopped celery
2 tbsp. sweet relish
1/2 tsp. Dijon mustard
black pepper to taste
1/4 c. mayonnaise
2 tbsp. finely minced onion
1/8 tsp. salt
2 c. cubed cooked chicken
salad greens (optional)

Combine all ingredients except chicken and salad greens in large bowl. Mix well. Stir in chicken. Refrigerate at least 1 hour. Serve on salad greens.
