PRETZEL LAYER DESSERT 
2 1/2 c. crushed pretzels
3/4 c. butter
3 tbsp. brown sugar
8 oz. cream cheese
10 oz. Cool Whip
3/4 c. powdered sugar
16 oz. pkg. strawberry Jello
1 lb. frozen strawberries
2 c. water

Melt butter and brown sugar; stir in pretzels and press into 9x13 pan. Bake for 5 minutes at 350 degrees. Let cool. Mix cream cheese and powdered sugar, then add Cool Whip. Beat until stiff. Spread over pretzel layer. Make sure there are no cracks and cheese layer is clear to the edge.

Add 2 cups of hot water to Jello and stir until dissolved. Stir in berries and stir until berries are separated. Pour over cream cheese layer. Refrigerate until set.
