SPINACH BALLS 
2 (10 oz.) pkgs. frozen chopped spinach
1 c. grated Romano cheese
2 c. dry Stove Top stuffing mix with season packet
3/4 c. soft butter (not melted)
6 eggs

Thaw spinach and squeeze out water. Combine with other ingredients. Roll into walnut size balls. Place in freezer on a cookie sheet overnight. Bake at 350 degrees for 10-15 minutes or until lightly brown. Serve with sweet and sour mustard.

NOTE: May microwave to heat after preparation is completed.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
