LASAGNE 
1 lb. hamburger
2 cloves garlic, crushed
1 (8 oz.) can tomato paste
1/2 tsp. oregano
1 (#2) can tomatoes
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper

Cover and simmer 20 minutes. Meanwhile, cook 3 very broad (1 1/2 inches) lasagna noodles in boiling water for 15 minutes. Drain and rinse. Fill rectangular 9 x 13 inch casserole with alternate layers of sauce, sliced Mozzarella cheese (1/2 pound), Ricotta cheese (3/4 pound), sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese, add noodles, ending with a layer of sauce. (Cottage cheese and individual slices of Kraft cheese may be substituted for Mozzarella and Ricotta cheese.) Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
