1 (16 oz.) bottle Coca Cola
1 (14 oz.) bottle catsup
1 (5-6 lb.) inexpensive beef roast (chuck, etc.)

Mix Coke and catsup together and pour over roast in roaster or crock pot. Bake slow (300 degrees). Baste every half hour or so and pull apart. Usually takes 4 to 5 hours. Serve on buns.
