2 c. flour
2 c. sugar
1 c. milk
1 c. hot coffee
3/4 c. cocoa
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. oil
2 eggs

Mix all ingredients together. Beat 5 minutes. Bake in greased and floured 9 x 13 pan for 40 minutes or Bundt pan for 55 to 60 minutes. Good with cream cheese frosting.
