BROCCOLI RICE CASSEROLE 
3 tbsp. butter
1 med. onion, chopped
5 ribs celery, chopped
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
1 (8 oz.) jar cheddar spread
1 c. cooked rice
1 (10 oz.) can cream of chicken soup
Salt & pepper

Cook onion and celery in butter until tender and transparent, set aside. Cook broccoli according to package directions until tender and drain. Combine all ingredients and put in 9 x 13 greased baking dish (if it seems a little dry stir in water). Cover and bake until hot and bubbly at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
