CLASSIC GREEN BEAN CASSEROLE | |
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can condensed cream of mushroom soup 1/2 c. milk 1 tsp. soy sauce 1 can French fried onions Dash pepper 2 cans (any style) green beans, drained In 1 1/2-quart casserole, combine soup, milk, soy sauce and pepper. Stir in beans and 1/2 can French fried onions. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. Stir. Top with remaining onions. Bake 5 minutes longer. Makes 6 servings. Prepare as above in microwave-safety casserole dish. Cover; microwave on high 7 minutes or until hot, stirring halfway through cooking. Sprinkle with remaining onions. Microwave, uncovered, 1 minute. Recipe may be doubled. Use large baking dish and increase microwave cooking time to 10 minutes. Conventional oven time remains the same. |
