MOLASSES BLUEBERRY CAKE 
1/3 c. shortening
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. molasses
1 egg
3/4 c. milk
1 pt. blueberries
3 c. flour
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. ginger

1. Cream shortening and sugar.

2. Add molasses and egg.

3. Mix dry ingredients and add alternately with sour milk.

4. Stir in blueberries.

5. Put in a greased, floured pan and bake at 375 degrees for 30-45 minutes.
