STEWED TOMATOES 
24 lg. tomatoes, peeled, sliced
1 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/4 c. chopped green pepper
1 tbsp. sugar
2 tsp. salt

Combine and cook 10 minutes. Pour into jars. Process 40 minutes, hot water bath. Makes 7 pints.
