Sliced fat back (enough for your family)

You can buy the fat back already sliced at Food Lion. Put it in a pan of water and boil about 2 minutes to get excess salt out. Drain on paper towel. Fry on medium heat until crisp (I cover mine with a glass top so I can watch it). Don't let it get brown, just white and crisp. Drain on paper towel. Cook your eggs in the fat back grease -- best eggs in town! Add "Almost-Country Biscuits" and it will make your tongue want to slap your brains out!
