GREEN TOMATO RELISH 
12 green tomatoes
6 green peppers
4 red peppers
3 lg. onions

Grind, and drain the vegetables for 30 minutes. Cook the following for 10 minutes: 3 c. vinegar 1 jar of mustard (sm.) 2 tbsp. salt 1 c. flour

Add drained vegetables and cook until thick. Seal with wax.
