STRAWBERRY SALAD 
1/2 c. boiling water
2 mashed bananas
13 oz. can crushed pineapple, undrained
6 oz. pkg. strawberry gelatin
1 pt. sour cream
1 tsp. Knox gelatin, optional
10 oz. frozen diced strawberries

Dissolve strawberry gelatin in water and dissolve Knox gelatin and let cool. Then add strawberries and pineapple, congeal half of gelatin in an oblong dish. Then spread sour cream over gelatin and pour remaining gelatin over sour cream, and let congeal. You may serve with mayonnaise, if you desire.
