SUNSHINE SALAD 
1 c. coconut
1 c. miniature marshmallows, colored
8 oz. sour cream (I use IMO)
1 c. mandarin oranges
1 c. crushed pineapples
Or use 2 cups fruit cocktail

Drain fruit extremely well. Mix all ingredients together. Hot tip: best when prepared a day in advance and refrigerated.
