3 1/4 c. flour
2 1/2 tsp. baking powder
3/4 tsp. salt
1 c. butter
1 1/3 c. sugar
2 eggs
3 tsp. vanilla
2 c. C.W. Post Granola cereal
Granulated sugar

Mix flour with baking powder and salt. Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs. Gradually add flour mixture. Stir in cereal. Roll dough into small 1 inch balls.

Place on greased baking sheet 2 inches apart. Using a flat bottomed glass, buttered and dipped in sugar, press cookies to measure 3 inches in diameter. Bake at 375 degrees for 10-12 minutes. Makes 4 dozen cookies.
