S.'S BRUNCH CASSEROLE 
8 slices bread, cut in cubes
2 c. (8 oz.) shredded Cheddar cheese
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
5 eggs, well beaten into 4 c. milk
3/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 1/2 to 2 c. cooked, chopped ham
Dash of Worcestershire sauce
Dash of nutmeg

Use shallow greased baking dish (approximately 9 x 13 inch). Place bread cubes in bottom. Spread ham and cheese over bread. Mix seasonings into egg/milk mixture. Pour over bread, ham, and cheese. Bake approximately 45 minutes at 350 degrees until brown and puffy.
