BRUNCH CASSEROLE 
8 slices American cheese
16 slices bread
3 c. cooked, cubed ham
1 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. salt
7 eggs, beaten
3 c. milk
2 c. coarsely crumbled corn flakes

Grease 9x13 pan. Put 8 slices of bread on bottom. Layer cheese, then ham. Cover with 8 slices of bread. Mix the rest of the ingredients (except corn flakes) and pour over the bread. Refrigerate overnight.

Put cornflakes on just before baking. Bake 1 hour at 325 degrees or until knife comes out clean. Let stand a few minutes before serving.
