STRAWBERRY NUT BREAD | |
3 c. sifted flour 1 tsp. baking soda 1 tsp. salt 1 tbsp. cinnamon 2 c. sugar 4 eggs, beaten 1 1/4 c. vegetable oil 2 c. thawed frozen sliced strawberries 1 1/4 c. chopped pecans Sift first five ingredients together into a mixing bowl. Then add next four ingredients. Bake 40 minutes at 350 degrees. Makes 6 small loaves, 6 x 3 x 2 inches. Cook for 1 hour for 2 large loaves, 9 x 5 x 3 inches or 45 minutes for 4 loaves, 4 1/2 x 8 1/2 inches. |
