4 c. instant mashed potatoes
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 egg, beaten
1 to 2 tbsp. diced onion
Salt and pepper

Prepare potatoes according to instructions given on box. Add other ingredients and mix. Bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees in a covered dish.
