FAMOUS FRUIT SALAD DRESSING 
1/3 c. sugar
1 tsp. flour
1 egg yolk
1/2 c. canned pineapple juice or orange juice
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. celery seed (optional)
1/2 c. heavy cream, whipped

Combine sugar, flour, egg yolk and pineapple juice in a small saucepan; stir until smooth. Cook over low heat until thickened, stirring constantly. Add lemon juice and celery seed; chill. Fold in whipped cream just before serving. Makes about 2 cups.
