CREAM PUFFS 
1 c. hot water
1/2 c. butter or lard

Cook butter or lard and water until it comes to a boil. Add 1 cup flour. Let it cook until it comes away from the pan and then beat 4 eggs in one at a time. Let it cool about 1 minute. Drop by teaspoon 2 inches apart on greased cookie sheet. Bake at 375 degrees for 40 or 50 minutes. Fill when cool with vanilla instant pudding. Cut off top.
