RHUBARB PIE 
2 c. rhubarb
1 1/2 c. sugar
3 tbsp. flour
1 egg
1/2 c. sour cream
1 unbaked pie shell

Cut rhubarb into 1-inch pieces. Slightly beat the egg and add the sugar, flour and sour cream. Mix well and add the rhubarb. Put in pie shell and bake at 350 degrees until center is set.
