GERMAN SOUP BALLS | |
1/4 c. butter 1/2 tsp. salt 1 c. flour 4 eggs, beaten 1/4 c. milk Mix butter, salt and flour until consistency of cornmeal. Add eggs and milk. Mix well. Drop from large spoon onto simmering soup broth. Cover and cook for 10 minutes. |
