1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 stick butter
1 box powdered sugar

Have cream cheese and butter at room temperature. Mix all 3 ingredients with mixer until smooth. Great icing on pumpkin bread or cookies. Can be colored with food coloring for your Halloween sugar cookies.
