RICE SALAD 
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach, rinsed and drained
3 c. cooked wild rice
1 1/2 c. cooked white rice
1/2 c. toasted slivered almonds
1/4 c. sliced green onions with tops
4 slices bacon, crisply cooked and crumbled

Mix all ingredients together and pour soy sauce over. 2 tbsp. vinegar 2 tbsp. soy sauce 1 tsp. sugar 1/2 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. pepper

Toss with salad. Cover and refrigerate at least 3 hours. Makes 8 (3/4 cup) servings.
