CRABMEAT CASSEROLE 
1 lb. crabmeat
10 saltine crackers
1 tbsp. mustard
1 c. salad dressing
Dash of hot sauce or dash of Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. salt
1 egg

Mix. Add crabmeat or sea legs and mix. Spray bowl with Pam. Cook for 20 minutes at 425 degrees. Sprinkle on cheese.
