CRABMEAT CASSEROLE | |
1 lb. fresh crabmeat 3/4 c. milk 1 tbsp. cornstarch 2 cans sliced water chestnuts 1 tsp. curry powder 1 c. mayonnaise 1 can cream of chicken soup 2 c. grated cheese Dissolve milk and cornstarch together. Mix with remaining ingredients, except 1/2 cup of cheese. Pour mixture into lightly greased casserole dish. Top with remaining cheese and bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes. Serves 6 to 8. |
